In the engagement survey for freelancers, the focus is on the general satisfaction of the freelancer, project allocation and contract administration. A summary of the results:
• The survey ended up with a response rate of 42% (2023, 53%). • 93% recommend ºÚÁÏÍø to friends and family members. • 85,5% score the administrative process as a very good or excellent process. • Challenging and interesting projects, contract duration and cooperation with the ºÚÁÏÍø key contact person are indicated as the most important motivators in their assignment. • Digital support, perspective on new future projects within ºÚÁÏÍø and a clear project scope are indicated as the least important elements in choosing a project at ºÚÁÏÍø. • 83% say the follow-up on the performance and quality of the services are done regularly by ºÚÁÏÍø. Most of the freelancers (40,3%) prefer to have on average min. one contact moment once a month with their ºÚÁÏÍø key contact person. • 83,7% feel integrated within ºÚÁÏÍø. • They prefer to have long-term projects (64,3%).
