At , we pride ourselves on saying what we do and doing what we say. That’s why “We walk the talk” is one of our values. For this year’s Earth Day, we set out to learn what this core value means for our colleagues, so we sat with them for a chat in between planting trees. We also asked them what our employee value proposition, “Together, we shape what’s next” means to them.
Refresh this article every morning, because till next Monday, we’ll add a new perspective each day. You’ll learn how we take ownership - individually and as a team, and how we stay accountable in everything we do.

To me, shaping what’s next together is a bit like planting trees: the future grows from small actions, patience, and how we show up for each other. It’s about supporting one another and building something meaningful step by step.
Walking the talk means staying true to who I am and not losing myself along the way. It’s about acting with integrity and making sure my actions reflect what I believe. I focus on being consistent in the small, everyday moments, not just the big ones, because that’s what feels right to me.

In a world where there's a lot of talk about change, I believe in something simple: actions make a difference. Whether it's technology, sustainability, or community, real impact comes from what we do consistently, not what we say occasionally. I don't just say how things should be done - I do them first. The standards/rules/habits I promote are the same ones I follow every day.
I don't limit myself to providing solutions but work with teams to define what comes next and then we build everything together. As an IT architect, I believe that real impact occurs at the intersection of execution and collaboration. It's not about individual brilliance, but about aligning people, ideas, and technology toward a shared vision.

For me “We walk the talk” means that real progress is built on strong partnerships, formed by people who are willing to take responsibility and put in the effort to turn words into action.
I have always believed that success comes from teamwork. People grow individually, but things evolve more meaningfully when you’re surrounded by the right partners—people who share the same direction, put in effort together, support one another, and can be relied on at any time.

Our value “We walk the talk” means turning promises into real actions and honoring our commitments every day. I believe trust is built when words are supported by actions. In my daily work, I try to stay consistent, reliable, and deliver on what I commit to. It is an important value because it creates stability and credibility within the team.
Real progress is built together, through everyone’s contribution. Whether it is about projects, workplace culture, or social impact, every action matters. Taking part in the tree planting campaign showed me that when we get involved together, we can create a real positive impact. Together, we can shape a better future step by step and that’s what “Together, we shape what’s next” means to me.

For me, we walk the talk is about being consistent: doing what I believe in, supporting my team, and building meaningful connections with our clients. It’s about contributing to something bigger, step by step, through real actions.
"Together, we shape what’s next" means I truly believe in the power of working side by side – growing through collaboration, strengthening partnerships, and creating impact together. That’s how we build something stronger than we ever could alone.

For me, “We walk the talk” means that we act according to what we promised. It's about being reliable, taking ownership, being flexible, adapting easily and going the extra mile when needed, so we can get the job done right. When these things happen as we promise, we build trust. It's a simple principle but it makes a difference each day.
As SDM, I work closely with both customers, third parties and our internal operational teams and our EVP, “Together we shape what's next”, is something I see in action every day. Progress does not come from a single person and when we collaborate, listen to each other and stay open to ideas (whether these come from the operational teams, customers, their partners), we find new perspectives and build better solutions, making things move forward. Collaborating with people from multiple companies that work for same goal makes me feel that we are all under the same company.
