What’s the strength you bring to your team?

I bring a strong sense of empathy and connection to my team. Authenticity and honesty are traits I appreciate, and I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of strong performance. Whenever I need help, I ask for it, but I make sure I actually ask for guidance so that next time, I can handle it myself. It’s how I build skills and knowledge, but it’s also a matter of respect for my colleagues’ time. I believe in doing what you can with the resources you have, so I like exploring and learning things on my own.

Do you have a secret weapon that you use in your professional and personal life?

Discipline is my secret weapon. It’s something I consciously cultivate and try to apply consistently in my personal life, and it’s equally essential in the professional world. I found that it helps to start by focusing on an activity you like, and then taking small steps consistently, slowly building a routine around your interest. Discipline helps me stay focused, committed, and dependable, even when things get challenging.

What fuels you in your day-to-day life?

Movement is my main source of energy, especially intense gym sessions, heavy workouts, and cardio training. They give me focus, mental clarity, and that boost of dopamine we’re all chasing. Exercise keeps me grounded, sharp, and energized for everything else I do.

Working in Learning & Development means I have very diverse tasks, and I always learn something new. I enjoy preparing events and learning programs, from the initial design to the detailed schedule, maintaining a good relationship with vendors, foreseeing risks and creating mitigation strategies. Deep focus energizes me, so I like to balance collaborative work with independent work.

Positive energy, an open style of communication and the ability to create connections quickly are my core strengths. I adapt easily to new situations and enjoy actively contributing to a collaborative and constructive environment.

Do you have a secret weapon that you use in your professional and personal life?

My optimistic attitude and constant desire to learn are my secret weapon. What’s more, I keep my cool in challenging situations and always look for solutions, not problems.

What fuels you in your day-to-day life?

I enjoy discovering new things, interacting with different people and getting involved in activities that develop me both personally and professionally. I get my energy from new experiences, authentic conversations and the desire to constantly evolve.

What’s the strength you bring to your team?

One of my main strengths is the mix between storage knowledge and automation skills. I don’t just manage the storage infrastructure, I always look for ways to automate repetitive processes, optimize workflows and reduce manual effort. In this way, my colleagues and I can focus more on engineering challenges instead of routine tasks (and I’m always thirsty for new things, new tasks, new challenges).

Do you have a secret weapon that you use in your professional and personal life?

I truly believe that every problem has a solution, so I’d describe myself as solution oriented. Even if I don’t immediately know the answer, I never say “I can’t” or “It’s not possible”. I test, I ask questions, I research until I find a way.

Working in operations, especially during critical incidents or on-call nights, there’s a lot of pressure. Clients want updates, timelines, they want clarity. In those moments, if I don’t believe there’s a solution, then I can’t do my job properly. So, I stay focused, breaking the problem down step by step until we solve it. This mindset helps me in my personal life as well. Thinking that there is always a solution keeps me motivated in any area of my life.

What fuels you in your day-to-day life?

There are quieter weeks where I enjoy watching movies, reading, going to gym classes, or watching Formula 1. And there are the other days when I’m going to music festivals, I’m traveling, playing squash, or spending time outside with my friends. Anyway, no matter the week, I almost always have music in my ears, whether I’m driving, training, or working. This gives me energy, helps me reset and always helps me focus. All these together define my hobbies and passions, and I couldn’t give up any of them.

What’s the strength you bring to your team?

One strength I bring to my team is structure: I like turning complex things into something manageable and actionable. I’ve perfected the science of the to-do list, I live by a color-coded calendar, and I’m always striving for that magical “empty inbox” moment. It helps me stay organized, anticipate what’s coming next, and keep things moving.

Do you have a secret weapon that you use in your professional and personal life?

My secret weapon? Staying calm and empathetic. I try to listen first and understand others’ points of view, not just my own, which allows me to see situations from all angles rather than one-sided. This helps a lot and makes collaboration much easier both professionally and personally.

Most importantly, I love spending quality time with my family, especially with my daughter. We enjoy playing outside, watching a movie, building Lego, coloring and painting.

What fuels you in your day-to-day life?

My biggest hobby is reading fiction. I enjoy both physical books and audiobooks, and I challenge myself to finish at least one book each week. I also enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles, usually while listening to an audiobook.

What’s the strength you bring to your team?

One of my biggest strengths is that I’m a jack of all trades who likes to dive into new things and who’s not afraid to be bad at them at first. I genuinely enjoy picking up new skills, exploring new activities, and experimenting until something clicks. This helps me adapt to different situations, offer support on various tasks, come up with out-of-the-box ideas, connect the dots, and find solutions to pretty much anything. I often joke that “I have approximate knowledge of many things,” but there’s a lot of truth in that. I like to keep both my work and my personal life versatile.

Do you have a secret weapon that you use in your professional and personal life?

My secret weapon (which isn’t really much of a secret) is my sense of humor which helps me navigate life. I wear my heart on my sleeve, I can be very direct, but I balance it all with authenticity and playfulness. Humor helps me connect with the people around me, break the silence in awkward moments, keep the energy positive and create a bubble where others feel comfortable being themselves too. Luckily, at , I’m part of a team where I feel completely at ease bringing my true self to the table.

What fuels you in your day-to-day life?

I’m drawn to hobbies that energize me: loud rock music, concerts, travelling, the occasional drum session, plus the adrenaline of sports- this includes swimming, spinning, hiking, long walks, lifting my beloved pink kettlebells, or even trying out new things… like falling with my snowboard repeatedly. When my energy runs out (after sundown because I’m one of those annoying morning people), you’ll often find me binging sitcoms and horror films while eating some moreish Asian food.

What’s the strength you bring to your team?

One of the strengths that I bring to my team is the confidence to face complex challenges. I am not afraid to take on demanding tasks, and I approach them with a positive, solution-focused mindset. I stay persistent, adapt when needed, and remain committed until the goal is achieved.

Do you have a secret weapon that you use in your professional and personal life?

My secret weapon is curiosity. In both my professional and personal life, I’m always asking questions and trying to understand things more deeply. This helps me solve problems at work and also grow as a person. It pushes me to keep learning, improving, and finding better ways to do things.

What fuels you in your day-to-day life?

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my almost two-year-old daughter, who keeps life active and full of learning moments. Motherhood has been a meaningful journey that constantly reminds me to slow down and appreciate the little things. I also enjoy going for walks, as they allow me to clear my thoughts and recharge.

What’s the strength you bring to your team?

My ability to anticipate needs before they are expressed is one of my best assets. I am naturally curious and detail‑oriented, which helps me quickly identify the information, context, or support required. Even though I don’t manage a team, I bring structure and reliability to the people I work with.

Do you have a secret weapon that you use in your professional and personal life?

My secret weapon is my intuition. I quickly understand what people need and this helps me take the initiative, both professionally and personally. This, in combination with my lively disposition, means I get things done quickly.

What fuels you in your day-to-day life?

One of my passions is shopping. I enjoy discovering new things, following trends, and finding the perfect items. It may sound funny, but this gives me my day-to-day motivation: coming to work energizes me because my job allows me to support my lifestyle and the excitement of placing new orders. Recently I’ve started going to the gym. I train in the morning before work, and it gives me an incredible boost of energy, focus, and positivity throughout the day. These two passions balance each other perfectly and keep me motivated both personally and professionally.

What’s the strength you bring to your team?

I notice things. It sounds simple, but it's probably the thing that matters most in what I do. I'm genuinely curious, I don't take things at face value, and I care enough to look twice – whether that's in a codebase, a process, or a conversation. I tend to see the product behind the feature and the problem behind the ticket. Add nine years of mobile development to that and you get someone who's hard to catch off guard.

Do you have a secret weapon that you use in your professional and personal life?

It’s that I'm easy to talk to – and apparently quite funny, though I'll let others be the judge of that. People sometimes expect technical people to be serious and difficult to reach, and I enjoy proving that wrong. Humor and approachability get you surprisingly far, and if I can bring that while also knowing my MAUI inside out – that feels like a pretty good deal.

What fuels you in your day-to-day life?

Outside of work, I write poetry – think of it as debugging, but for feelings. I also love getting lost in complex novels, the bigger and more layered, the better. At home I'm kept humble by a cat and a dog who have strong opinions about my work schedule and very little respect for deadlines. What gives me energy is building things that matter – a technical tool that solves a real problem, a poem, a good workout. I can't do things halfway. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing with everything you have.
